HOW DO I SET THE COMBINATION LOCKS ON MY ATTACHE CASE?
All combinations locks should come with a plastic strip going through them.
The locks come preset from the factory at 000.
After you remove the strips you can set your own combination number.
The only way you can open the locks is at either 000 where it was originally set,or via the new combination number that you entered.
I FORGOT THE COMBINATION TO THE LOCK ON MY ATTACHE!
Is there a default?? No! There is no code to open the lock once it has been set. This is to ensure the utmost security for your belongings.
Make sure the numbers are perfectly lined up on the top of the lock.
Also, try the numbers nearest the ones you set it at, e.g. if you set at 333 try 233,323,332 and 433,343,334.
If nothing works, a locksmith may be able to help you. If you feel that your case is defective, please contact customer service for more assistance.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY LAPTOP FITS IN THE BAG I HAVE CHOSEN?
We recommend you compare the measurements of your laptop with the measurements of our cases which can be found on the specific product page for that item.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY BAG?(ballistic, leather)
We recommend that you spot clean with a mild soap and warm water using a cloth or soft bristle brush. Rinse soap off thoroughly and lay or hang dry do not dry with heat, do not submerge in water.
Adhesive lint brush rollers work great to remove lint, fuzz balls and dust as well.
For leather bags we recommend using leather conditioner to clean, protect and polish the bag. Please email or call customer service with any additional questions.
CAN I USE MY LAPTOP BAG WITH MY WHEELED LUGGAGE?
Of Course! On the back of most of our laptop cases and totes, there is a Ride Along™ Pocket. When zipped closed, this pocket can be used to store paperwork or other materials. When unzipped, your bag will slide over the handle of almost any rolling case to easily “Ride Along” with you wherever you go.
